The obligations of Value Guaranteed Vacations Inc. ("VGV") in respect of its products and services are governed solely by the agreements under which they are provided. By accessing, browsing and/or using this web site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. PLEASE DO NOT SEND ANY ORIGINAL CREATIVE ARTWORK, SAMPLES, DEMOS, OR OTHER WORKS. THE SOLE PURPOSE OF THIS POLICY IS TO AVOID POTENTIAL MISUNDERSTANDINGS OR DISPUTES WHEN VGV'S PRODUCTS OR MARKETING STRATEGIES MIGHT SEEM SIMILAR TO IDEAS SUBMITTED TO VGV.
